TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Membership to Canberra United FC ('CUFC') is subject to (a) the terms and conditions set out below
(b) the rules and regulations of Football Federation Australia ‘FFA’ and the Westfield W-League,
(c) the rules and regulations of McKellar Park,
(d) such other rules and regulations that CUFC may adopt from time to time, all of which are hereby incorporated into these terms and conditions.
2. The purchase of a Membership Ticket whether for the duration of the season or for individual matches constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions.
3. The purchase of Membership only entitles the purchaser to entry to matches designated to be CUFC controlled home matches and such matches will be held at McKellar Park unless otherwise advertised in the Media or via the website.
4. Entrance to McKellar Park may only be authorised upon presentation of a valid Membership Card, and upon request, proof of identity with valid photograph and signature.
5. CUFC reserves the right to refuse admission to McKellar Park to any person and also reserves the right to eject any person from McKellar Park for failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions.
6. CUFC reserves the right to eject any person whose conduct is considered to be unruly and/or offensive to other patrons at McKellar Park, FFA and/or CUFC officials or sponsors at McKellar Park,
8. The Membership Card remains the property of the Club at all times. The Purchaser of the Membership Card may transfer his/her Membership Ticket to another person for no greater value than its face value only with the prior written consent of CUFC PROVIDED THAT the Membership Ticket is not the subject of commercial activity and/or promotional purposes.
9. No person (other than those persons or organisations as authorised by FFA and CUFC) shall bring into McKellar Park any type of recording equipment which is capable of transmitting any audio, visual or audio-visual material or data.
10. No money may be refunded except where a match has been cancelled. Should a match be postponed then the Membership Card shall be valid for the re-arranged match.
11. The purchase of any Season Membership Cards do not include Westfield W-League Final Series matches or other matches that are not W-League fixtures.
12. Should a season member lose his/her membership pass then a fee of $10 will be payable to CUFC to cover the cost of replacement and shall be made available for collection from the Capital Football office.
13. CUFC takes no responsibility should the FFA alter the fixture draw.
