Mix 106.3 Coach Sportstar of the Month Jitka Klimkova - Football Eyebrows were raised when Canberra United appointed the relatively unknown (in Australian circles at least) Jitka Klimkova to the role of Head Coach at the beginning of the Westfield W-League season in October but CEO Heather Reid-s signing has proved an astute acquisition. Her attention to detail and fresh, new ideas have galvanized the United squad and fans with the rewards providing a splendid start to the year and an unprecedented winning streak including a first ever win over Sydney FC.

Konica Team Sportstar of the Month Canberra United Football Team Canberra United are currently sitting on top of the Westfield W-League.
